Medirism Co., Ltd. ("we") handles the personal information entrusted to us by customers, business partners and job applicants appropriately, in compliance with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other applicable laws, as set out below. This English version is provided for reference; the Japanese version prevails.
1. Information we collect
- Company name, department, name, email address, phone number and the content of your enquiry, provided through our contact form, by email or when exchanging business cards
- Information about contact persons provided in the course of Skanda PoCs or contracts, consulting and other work
- Name, contact details, career history and other information provided when applying for a position

This website and its contact form are operated using services provided by Netlify, Inc. in the United States, and information entered in the form is stored on its servers.

We take organisational, personnel, physical and technical measures, including access control, encrypted communication and supervision of staff and service providers, to prevent leakage, loss or damage of personal information.
6. Customer data in our services
Internal documents and data entrusted to us in Skanda PoCs, contracts and consulting work are handled in accordance with the terms of our agreement with each customer. Customer data is never used to train models for, or provided to, other customers.
7. Your requests
If you ask us to notify you of the purposes of use, or to disclose, correct, add to, delete, stop using, erase or stop providing to third parties the personal information we hold about you, we will respond without delay in accordance with the law after verifying your identity. 8. External services
This website uses Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC, to understand how the site is used and improve it, and Google Fonts for display. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as the pages viewed, time on site, approximate location and device type, in a form that does not identify individuals. Information such as your device's IP address may also be sent to Google when you browse the site. This data is managed under Google's privacy policy. To opt out, use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) or disable cookies in your browser settings.
